Email Account Credentials: To provide our email automation service, you provide IMAP/SMTP credentials for the email accounts you wish to monitor. These passwords are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage.

Email Content: We access and store email content (subject, body, sender information) from your connected accounts solely for the purpose of AI classification and reply generation.

Payment Information: When you purchase tokens, payment is processed through PayPro Pakistan. We store transaction IDs and amounts but do not store your bank or card details.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our service, including token usage, login times, and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our email automation services
• To classify incoming emails using AI and generate appropriate replies
• To process payments and manage your token balance
• To send you transactional emails (verification codes, password resets)
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• OpenAI: Email content is sent to OpenAI's API for classification and reply generation. OpenAI processes this data per their usage policies.
• PayPro Pakistan: Payment transaction data is shared with PayPro for payment processing.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for stored passwords, bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS encryption, CSRF protection, and secure session management.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request data deletion by contacting us at support@iasautoemail.com. Upon account deletion, all personal data and email content will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your information through the dashboard settings or contact us for assistance.
