By using IAS AutoEmail ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
IAS AutoEmail is an AI-powered email automation platform that reads incoming emails via IMAP, classifies them using artificial intelligence, and generates professional auto-replies sent via SMTP.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- You agree not to use the service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity.
3. Token System
- Each auto-reply generated and sent by the system consumes 1 token from your balance.
- Tokens are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law.
- When your token balance reaches 0, auto-reply functionality is automatically disabled.
- New accounts receive free tokens upon registration as a trial benefit.
- Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.
4. Email Processing
- By connecting email accounts, you authorize us to read incoming messages for classification and reply generation.
- Email content is processed through OpenAI's API for AI classification. By using our service, you agree to OpenAI's terms of service.
- We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated replies. You should review auto-replies settings regularly.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through PayPro Pakistan. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from AI-generated email replies, email delivery failures, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
